About us
HOODKITCHEN
We opened HOODKITCHEN in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin because we wanted a place we'd actually want to go to ourselves: honest food, proper coffee, a room that feels good at any hour of the day. Everything that can be made in-house is, and what we can't make ourselves we source from people we know and trust. Come hungry, stay a while – that's the whole concept, really.

Absolutely – we always keep space for walk-ins. At peak times there may be a short wait, which passes quickly with a drink at the bar.

What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen takes orders until the stated last-order time; after that, the bar stays open for drinks. You'll find the current times on this page, or just give us a call.
